Criminal defense in Baltimore

Charged, and still presumed innocent

We are three defense lawyers who take drug charges, federal cases, juvenile cases and old records that need clearing. We explain every step in plain words, to you and to whoever is sitting beside you.

A father twirls his young daughter across their living room while her mother watches from the sofa

From clients

What clients wanted the next family to hear

“Ms. Pinder called my son by his name, never his case number. Before each hearing she told him who would be in the room and where to sit, so the room didn’t scare him.”

Denise R.Mother of a juvenile client

“I had never been in trouble and was sure I’d lose my job. Mr. Lusane put every date on one sheet of paper for me, and when I called with a question, he called back.”

Terrence W.Federal case

“An old charge kept costing me apartments. Paulina pulled my whole record, told me which parts could come off, and phoned me the day the judge signed the order.”

Alma S.Record clearing

Shared with each client’s permission. Every case is different, and how theirs ended doesn’t predict how yours will.

Cases we take

Four kinds of case, and we know them well

We stay with these four. If yours is something else, such as a DUI or a lawsuit, call anyway and we’ll give you the name of a lawyer who takes it.

Tell us what happened. We’ll tell you what comes next.

A lawyer reads every message and calls you back. Have the charging papers or the court notice nearby if you can.
