When you send a message, we collect the name, email, phone number and anything else you choose to write. We use it only to reply to you and to check for conflicts of interest before we take a case.

We don’t sell or share what you send with anyone outside the firm, except the service providers who host this site and our email, who are bound to keep it private.

The site keeps basic visit statistics, such as which pages are read, without identifying you. You can ask us to see or delete anything you’ve sent by calling or writing to the office.
