Rufina Pinder

Rufina takes most of the firm’s juvenile cases. She meets young clients where they are, often after school, and keeps parents in the loop without speaking over their kids.

Rufina joined the firm after clerking for a judge in the juvenile court, where she saw how much a hearing depends on the young person being ready for it. She now handles juvenile cases from intake to disposition, and works with Paulina on clearing records, including sealing juvenile files once a case is closed.

She speaks Spanish with clients and families who prefer it.
